Kateri Savory is the Senior Director of Operations at Jane Gil Gardens, Inc. where she blends her profound love for gardening and invaluable project management experience spanning over fifteen years.

Kateri has led cross-functional teams in both long and short-term multi-million dollar projects within the NY Metro Area, encompassing private and government-funded initiatives aimed at protecting and enhancing the region. 

Kateri is a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a Certified Arborist by the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA). She also holds certifications in Gardening from the New York Botanical Garden and Permaculture Design from Cornell University. She sharpened her professional and meticulous horticulture skills while interning with the New York Botanical Garden and pursuing a degree in Ornamental Horticulture from Bronx Community College. 

Kateri enjoys living among the West Indian culture of Brooklyn, lively social gatherings, and traveling. She strives to infuse New York’s urban landscapes with the nurturing essence of nature and the rejuvenating power of captivating beauty.
